Booking confirmed
Once you approve the quote, we lock in the date and time. You'll get a confirmation by phone or email — and we show up.

How do bookings get confirmed?
When you submit a request, it goes to James for personal review. Within 24 hours (during operating hours) we'll get back to you with a confirmed time and a written quote. Nothing is booked in until you approve it.
Are you actually insured?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance on every job, residential and commercial. Happy to provide a Certificate of Currency on request for body corporate or property manager bookings.
How much will it cost?
We don't quote sight-unseen. Tell us a bit about the property and send photos if you can — we'll come back with up-front, no-surprises pricing before any work starts.
Do you do regular maintenance, or one-off jobs?
Both. Pick a fortnightly or monthly schedule for ongoing peace of mind, or book a one-off tidy-up before guests arrive. End-of-lease clean-ups are a specialty.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call or email us as early as you can. We do our best to accommodate rescheduling around weather, work and life — we get it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access (gates, side paths) we can get the job done. Let us know on the booking form what to expect.
